BitPro Technologies provides high-end enterprise software solutions, digital transformation consulting, and customized technology products. Our services include but are not limited to cloud-based ERP systems, educational management tools, and bespoke software development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Users of our platforms agree to the following conduct standards:
All content, features, and functionality including but not limited to our flagship products—Calibre ERP, EduBridger, BitPro CRM, and custom-built frameworks—are the exclusive property of BitPro Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning software.
Educational institution management ecosystem.
Subscription fees and service costs are billed according to the specific service level agreement (SLA) signed during onboarding. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of service access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitPro Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Malappuram district, Kerala.
